our model Josh is a sure thing when it comes down to being Cool in the Toon, just look at this kid's radiance and esprit de corps, nothing says I am loving life like a ride along the Charlotte Light Rail corridor, condo sprawl infested with bucket heads is just an added toon bonus.

i interviewed capt cosmo a few times last summer. the flap brakes are controlled with a throttle lever system that is connected to the cables. you can see throttle if you look closely directly behind the top cap of the stem. i have some interesting video of this vessel, maybe i should post for tomorrow's blog....
I saw "capt cosmo" on my way home from work yesterday. He appeared to be coming from Mount Holly into CLT. He was close to the WWP. He must be a pretty well traveled dude. Kevin
